  1. Where you were born/where were you raised: -Chapel Hill/Carrboro, NC
  2. Zodiac sign: -Virgo
  3. Do you have any Siblings?: -Only child!
  4. Where were you trained?: -UNC Asheville
  5. Why did you want to be a part of Evil Dead? -I couldn't resist! It's a delight to be working on a show that you know is going to be a blast for the performers and the audience. Silly, messy, singing fun. And a temporary relief from the stresses of the world.
  6. Current or recent show in Chicago (other than Evil Dead) that you think is must-see: -I just finished Caroline, or Change which was phenomenal. I'm just now getting back out there and seeing all the other amazing shows going on. Get back to me on that.
  7. Favorite horror movie? -Good question. I'm not much of a horror movie person. Does The Fly count? The one with Jeff Goldblum, I think is a great movie, and has several moments I have a hard time watching or can't watch at all for gore reasons. Cabin in the Woods is also a blast.
  8. Most played song in your music collection: -Depends on when you ask me. I'll play one song over and over for months, then not touch it for a long time. I made a Beach Mix for a trip this past August I'm still getting a lot of play out of. Favorites on that mix include: "Pink Toes" by Childish Gambino, "Ghost" by Frankie and Scott Hoying, "Back in the Day" by Erykah Badu, "Mutt" by Blink 182, "Black Lassie" by Cheech and Chong, and "Weird Science" by Oingo Boingo.
  9. Favorite or most memorable onstage role as a child/teenager: -I got to play Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream in 8th grade which was great fun, and a role I relished from start to finish.
  10. Worst onstage mishap: -I've been relatively lucky. Just to name a few that come to mind: I've gone totally blank onstage and forgotten my next line in the middle of a highly emotional and climactic scene. I've also forgotten about a quick change and had to make my entrance without shoes. I've waited for an actor to enter who didn't. The usual.
  11. Worst costume ever: -Hmm, giant old Snowman costume.
  12. Worst job you ever had: -Probably working concessions at a movie theater. Not because it was awful, but just because it could be really boring, and seemed like a waste of my valuable time.
  13. Craziest audition story: -Not sure if it's too crazy, but when I auditioned for Marta in Company in NC, I was offered the role on the spot. Very surreal for me as a performer.
  14. Role(s) you’ve been dying to play: -Any role in Passing Strange.
  15. What were you afraid of as a child? -I remember having FOMO fairly regularly as a child. Fear of missing out. I wouldn't even want to leave to go to the bathroom.
